Professor Alan J. Heeger, recipient of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry, will be the next featured speaker in the Honeywell Nobel Minds Initiative series, at Brno University of Technology in Brno, Czech Republic. The event will take place at 10am CEST, Tuesday, May 13 (4am EDT).

Dr. George F. Smoot, who was the 2006 winner of the Nobel Prize in Physics, has been selected as the featured laureate for the Honeywell-Nobel Laureate Lecture event on March 4-5 at the Government College of Engineering in Pune, India.

Winner of the 1990 Nobel Prize in Physics, Dr. Jerome Friedman has been chosen to kick off the Honeywell-Nobel Initiative on October 15-16 at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China.

Dr. Roderick MacKinnon, winner of the 2003 Nobel Prize in Chemistry, has been selected as the featured laureate for the Honeywell-Nobel Laureate Lecture event on October 1-2 at the University of Minnesota (UMN) in Minneapolis.

The Nobel Prize laureate in physics will bring his message to the Purdue University campus, focusing on the critical role that precise measurements play in advancing science, technology and even on our ability to accurately tell time.
